災害時における「食べることを」を考える

実践食物学科　松井欣也教授は「大阪府栄養士会災害支援チーム（JDA-DAT）」のメンバーです。
東日本大震災や西日本豪雨の時の栄養・食生活支援活動の経験から、いつ起こるかわからない災害に備えて、『自分の身は自分で守る』ために、防災に対する心構えや知識に関する内容の講座でした。

防災食についても、実際の食品を使っての説明があり、参加者の皆様からは、

• 防災に関する備えについて、具体的に経験されたことをわかりやすく説明いただきました
• 災害はいつ起こるかわからないので、1週間分の防災食を準備しようと思いました
• 災害食の商品の種類の多さに驚きました。味を試してみたいです
• この機会に家の防災について、家族と話し合いたいと思いました

以上の感想をいただきました。
