2022年6月27日と28日に開催された「第62回西日本洋菓子コンテスト」の「第8部マジパン（学生）部門」にて実践食物学科製菓衛生師コースの筒井心桜（つついこはる）さんが優秀賞、太田菜絵（おおたなえ）さんが優良賞をそれぞれ受賞いたしました。

今年度のテーマが『Carnival（祭り）』ということで、筒井さんは映画にもなって好きだったメキシコの『死者の祭り』をモチーフに、「壊れやすく細かい作業が多くて肩が凝りましたが、入賞できたことで頑張って良かったです。」とコメント。

太田さんは他の参加者と被らないように注意しつつ、可愛らしい作品に出来ると感じたカナダの『メープルシロップ祭り』をモチーフに、「細かい装飾に集中力と根気がいりました。授業とアルバイトのある中で製作時間の確保に苦労しましたが、クラスメイトや先生の応援があってやり切ることができ、さらに入賞もできて嬉しいです。」とコメント。

お二人ともおめでとうございます。
