2017年11月11日（土）東大阪大学・東大阪大学短期大学部で、実践食物学科の岡本准教授による公開講座を行いました。
テーマは「もぎたて新鮮紅玉リンゴのタルトを親子で作りましょう」。
親子で参加ということで大いに盛り上がりました。

受講者からは「子どもと一緒にお菓子を作る機会がなかなかないので良い体験ができてよかったです」「親子で参加できる素晴らしい講座だと思います」「本格的なお菓子作りができてとてもよかった」「このような企画があればまた参加したいです」などの感想をたくさんいただきました。

また、実践食物学科の学生もスタッフとして協力しました。
